Question   While the server is running, I'm getting a message that I cannot connect to the central server.

A_1. Make sure you are not using a firewall. Please contact your company's IT department if you're in a corporate network, since it's most likely not a problem from the PCAny program. If you are using a firewall program on a personal computer (V3, PC cylinder, nProtect, Zone Alarm, etc.), deactivate the firewall program and try again. If it still does not work, please send us an email for further assistance.

A_2. Make sure there aren't any problems with your internet access. If other programs (using the internet) do not work properly, this most likely is a network issue and not a problem with PCAny. Please contact your IT department or service provider.
