| A_1. If you can't view the remotely accessed make sure the viewer window is not out of focus behind another window. Check your taskbar if PCAny is running. A_2. Make sure the shared computer is in a stable network setting. If your network environment isn't, constant disconnection might occur and cause issues. In cases where LAN/wired network is used, we recommend ADSL settings and above for a stable connection. |
