Subject   [TECHNICAL] "Session has Expired" Message During Payment

If you are receiving a message that says "Session has Expired" during payment, give the following steps a try:

1. Internet Explorer > Tools
2. Delete records by going to
Tools > Search History > delete
3. Change privacy info settings by going to
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced > check "overwrite automatic cookie handling" > click OK OR
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced > check "Do not process cookies automatically", check "Always allow cookies in session" > click OK
4. Change security settings by going to
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Cookies as default (normal) settings > click OK
Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom Level > Security options, select "Enable" to all "Scripting" options > click OK > click OK

*If you are using Edge on Windows 10, go to "Open in Internet Explorer" in [...] on the top right corner. From here, you can change the setting like above.
