| It's most likely that your ActiveX is uninstalled or damaged. Re-installation should fix the issue. Here's how: Step 1. For Windows XP, delete this folder: c:/Documents and Settings/Users/Applicaton Data/Koino/PCAnyPro For Windows 7 or 8, delete this folder: C:/Users/administrator/AppData/Local/Temp/Koino/PCAnyPro OR C:/Users/administrator/AppData/Local low/Temp/Koino/PCAnyPro For Windows 10, delete this folder: C:/Users/Your_Username/AppData/Roaming/Koino/PCAnyPro Step 2. After deleting the folder, visit our website (pcanypro.net) and login. ActiveX should be newly installed and remote connection should work. [Note] 1. You cannot delete the appropriate folder if PCAnyPro is running. Please exit the program and proceed with Step 1. 2. If you are not able to view the Applicaton Data (or AppData)folder, go to Control Panel > Folder Options (File Explorer Options) > View > Files and Folders > select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives."
