If you are stuck on entering your ID and cannot proceed to the next step during registration, this is because your ID has not been verified (for availability).

Try this if the window to check ID availability is not displaying:

1. Upgrade your current browser.
2. Change your pop-up settings. If your browser is blocking pop-up windows, the window to check ID availability cannot be displayed.
