| First, visit our website (pcanypro.net) and create an account (free trial button). [Remote Device] Device that receives remote control (being controlled by another device) 1. Download the program by going to our website > Download > Download PC Program. 2. Install the program. 3. Run the login icon to open login window. 4. Login to PCAnyPro (check auto-login if necessary) 5. If "P" icon appears in the "hidden icon" at the bottom right corner, you have successfully logged in. [Remote Viewer] Device controlling and viewing another device (agent device) 1. No program download or installation is required. 2. Go to our website and login. 3. Remote device name should appear. 4. Click "connect" for remote connection. 5. For Internet Explorer on 32-bit, connection is made with ActiveX running. For Internet Explorer on 64-bit, Chrome or other browsers, download and run the "ManualLauncher.exe" file. For further guidelines, please check our user guide on our website(Download > User Guide).
