| Right-click on the computer name displays various menu options (reboot, etc) during remote session. There might be multiple reasons why this option is not working properly: Toolbar is installed (Google, Naver, Daum, ALtoolbar, etc) 1. Remote the tool bar function (View > Toolbars > uncheck) or delete the toolbar (Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program) Internet Explorer is outdated. 1. Check your IE version (Help (F1 key) > About Internet Explorer > Which version of Internet Explorer am I using?). 2. If your IE is 8 or earlier, upgrade to IE 9 or later. Thank you. |
