Often when payment via our website does not work, security protocols are not set. Check the security protocol (Internet Options > Advanced) >

SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 - Payment not available (payment window does not appear)
TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 - Payment available

1. Internet Explorer earlier than 8 does not support TLS and the payment window will not be available.

2. If payment window is not working for Internet Explorer 8 and later, try changing your internet options or settings on other running programs ("Page cannot be displayed" error message displays).

Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > check TLS 1.0/TLS 1.1/TLS 1.2

3. For mobile devices, payment option is available for Android 4.1 (jelly bean) and later.
